Description

This air fryer flounder recipe is quick, easy, and delicious!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 to 6 ounces skinless flounder fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Olive oil cooking spray (or any cooking spray)
  • 1/4 small lemon (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Pat dry the flounder fillets using a paper towel. Rub the olive oil over each fillet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the seasonings on both sides of the fish.
  4. Grease the air fryer basket or line it with parchment paper. Place the raw seasoned flounder fillets in the air fryer.
  5. Air fry for 6 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork or reaches an internal temperature of 145°F in the thickest part.
  6. Remove the flounder from the air fryer and squeeze lemon juice over the top and serve immediately.
