Description

A delicious and creamy banana oat smoothie, perfect for breakfast or a snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana

Instructions
