  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1012 oz chocolate, chopped (milk, semi-sweet, or combination)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
  2. In a bowl, stir together peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until a thick, smooth mixture forms.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
  5. Freeze until firm enough to cut cleanly.
  6. Cut heart shapes using a cookie cutter and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  7. Freeze hearts again until very firm.
  8. Melt chocolate gently. Dip each heart fully, tapping off excess.
  9. Place on parchment and refrigerate until chocolate sets.
