- 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Pepper Jack can be used.)
- 1 pkg Frozen Tater Tots (Homemade potato cubes are a good alternative.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain the excess fat.
- Combine the cooked beef with cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Layer the beef mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread evenly and add frozen corn and shredded cheese on top.
- Top with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
