Description

This Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole is a comforting dish made with ground beef, cheese, and crispy tater tots, perfect for family dinners!


Ingredients

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Can be substituted with a homemade cream sauce.)
  • 1/2 cup Milk (Almond milk or oat milk can be used for a dairy-free version.)
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn (Can be substituted with mixed frozen vegetables.)
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Pepper Jack can be used.)
  • 1 pkg Frozen Tater Tots (Homemade potato cubes are a good alternative.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain the excess fat.
  3. Combine the cooked beef with cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Layer the beef mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread evenly and add frozen corn and shredded cheese on top.
  5. Top with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
