Delicious cinnamon sugar cookies made with yellow cake mix.

- 2 large eggs
- 1 box (15 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to create the coating.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir or mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and roll into smooth balls.
- Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Place dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and centers appear slightly soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
Notes
- This recipe uses yellow cake mix for convenience and quick preparation.
- For a stronger cinnamon flavor, increase the amount of ground cinnamon in the dough.
