- ½ cup butter, room temperature
- ½ cup smooth peanut butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg until smooth.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt just until combined.
- Bake Cookie Cups: Scoop dough into greased mini muffin pan. Bake at 350°F for 12–14 minutes.
- Shape Centers: Press centers gently while warm to form cookie cups.
- Make Fudge Filling: Melt chocolate chips and condensed milk together until smooth.
- Fill and Chill: Fill cookie cups with fudge. Chill until set before serving.
Notes
- Ensure not to overbake to keep the cookie cups soft.
