Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
  • ¾ cup lukewarm water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by combining flour and salt in a large bowl. Gradually add water until it forms a soft dough; knead for about five minutes.
  2. For the filling, mix chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each piece into thin circles on a floured surface.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling on one half of each circle. Fold over and seal edges with fingers or a fork.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
