- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
- ¾ cup lukewarm water
Instructions
- Prepare the dough by combining flour and salt in a large bowl. Gradually add water until it forms a soft dough; knead for about five minutes.
- For the filling, mix chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each piece into thin circles on a floured surface.
- Place a spoonful of filling on one half of each circle. Fold over and seal edges with fingers or a fork.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.

- These flatbreads can be served warm or at room temperature.
