- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned steak cubes in a single layer and sear for about 2 minutes on each side until browned.
- Once cooked to your liking, add minced garlic and remaining butter to the pan, stirring gently.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan over the hot steak bites, tossing to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately, drizzled with any remaining buttery sauce.
