- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs)
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers and onions (mixed)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown; let rest before slicing.
- Slice slider buns in half and layer each bottom with provolone cheese, followed by sliced chicken, marinara sauce, and peppers/onions.
- Bake assembled sliders for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before adding top buns. Serve hot.
