Description

Delicious beef sliders made with ground beef and topped with American cheese, onions, ketchup, and mustard, served on toasted brioche buns.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
  • 8 soft slider buns (brioche recommended)
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, season ground beef with salt and pepper; shape into 8 small patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side, adding cheese slices during the last minute to melt.
  4. Slice slider buns in half and toast cut-side up in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Assemble sliders by placing each patty on a bun bottom; add onions, ketchup, and mustard.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
