Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and dry the radishes; trim greens and cut them in half.
  3. In a bowl, toss radishes with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the radishes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
