A delicious recipe for roasted radishes topped with melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh radishes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup grated cheese (mix of cheddar and parmesan)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and dry the radishes; trim greens and cut them in half.
- In a bowl, toss radishes with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Spread the radishes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the hot radishes and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
- Serve warm, optionally drizzled with extra olive oil.
