Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients in one place.
- If using, cook the ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the cooked meat (if using), drained Rotel tomatoes, and cubed processed cheese. Stir frequently until melted and smooth.
- Add in chopped green onions and stir well to combine.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy warm with tortilla chips.
