- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Lemon wedges for serving
- Ice for chilling
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Transfer shrimp immediately to an ice bath to stop cooking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until smooth.
- Arrange chilled shrimp on a platter over crushed ice. Serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.
