Description
Delicious miso glazed steak bites that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb sirloin or tenderloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp white or yellow miso paste
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Toss the steak cubes in half of the dressing and add oil. Sear marinated steak cubes for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy yet juicy.
- Return cooked bites to the bowl with remaining dressing and toss to coat.
- Plate the steak bites and garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the steak marinate for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve these steak bites as an appetizer or main dish.
