Description

Delicious miso glazed steak bites that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin or tenderloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp white or yellow miso paste
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Toss the steak cubes in half of the dressing and add oil. Sear marinated steak cubes for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy yet juicy.
  4. Return cooked bites to the bowl with remaining dressing and toss to coat.
  5. Plate the steak bites and garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, let the steak marinate for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Serve these steak bites as an appetizer or main dish.
