Description

Quick and easy garlic Parmesan green beans made with simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • lbs frozen green beans
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper (to taste)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen green beans to a large skillet with a small splash of water.
  2. Cover and cook over medium heat until the green beans are tender.
  3. Drain off any excess water from the skillet.
  4. Add the butter and Italian seasoning, stirring until the butter melts and evenly coats the green beans.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and finish with Parmesan and red pepper flakes, if desired.
