Instructions
- Wash the kale, apples, and mint under cold water. Chop the apples into smaller pieces.
- In a blender, combine kale, chopped apples, mint leaves, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
- For a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a jug.
- Adjust consistency by adding more water if needed and blend again briefly.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to enhance freshness before serving.
- Serve chilled over ice and garnish with mint leaves or apple slices.
