Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 34 pieces)
  • 1 cup roasted unsalted cashews
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and slice the vegetables.
  2. In a bowl, marinate chicken with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger for at least 15 minutes.
