Description

This slow cooker beef brisket is tender, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make!


Ingredients

  • 34 lb beef brisket
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Chives or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, and brown sugar, then rub onto brisket.
  2. Whisk together BBQ sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Place sliced onions in the slow cooker, then set brisket on top.
  4. Pour sauce over brisket, ensuring full coverage.
  5. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or high for 5 to 6 hours.
  6. Remove brisket and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Simmer leftover sauce for 5 to 7 minutes and pour over brisket.
