Instructions
- Prep the Potatoes: Start by scrubbing, peeling, and dicing your potatoes into uniform 1/2-inch cubes.
- Cook Potatoes: Heat a generous splash of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add potato cubes in a single layer, stirring every 5 minutes for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
