Delicious homemade blueberry muffins that are fluffy and bursting with fresh blueberries.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup whole milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease it.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Gently pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients; stir until just combined. Fold in the blueberries carefully.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin until each cup is about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool slightly before serving.
