Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Allow store-bought dough to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Roll dough into a 12-inch circle. Place shredded mozzarella along the edge and fold over the dough to seal.
- Spread pizza sauce over the center, sprinkle with more mozzarella, and add toppings of choice.
- Brush olive oil over the outer crust for a golden finish.
- Bake on a baking sheet or pizza stone for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool briefly before slicing and serving.
