- 3 tablespoons cheesecake instant pudding mix
- ¾ cup dried blueberries
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Stir in lemon zest to infuse the chocolate with citrus flavor.
- Place the Rice Chex in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the melted lemon-white chocolate over the cereal and gently stir until all pieces are coated.
- In a large zip-top bag, combine powdered sugar and cheesecake pudding mix.
