Description

A delicious and creamy chocolate coconut shake that’s perfect for a refreshing treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coconut milk (can swap with regular milk for non-coconut option)
  • 2 tablespoons hot chocolate mix (use any preferred brand or homemade mix)
  • 1 cup ice (use crushed ice for a smoother shake)
  • 1 cup frozen chocolate mix (pre-made options are available or can be made from scratch)
  • 1 scoop lime sherbet (offers refreshing, tangy flavor)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (omit if you prefer a smoother shake)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (use dairy-free options if needed)
  • black and red food decorating gel (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a high-powered blender, combine coconut milk, hot chocolate mix, and ice. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Take a tall glass and fill it one-third full with the frozen chocolate mix, leveling it off for a neat appearance.
  3. Scoop lime sherbet and place it in the center of the glass to form the ‘heart’.
  4. Gently spoon more frozen chocolate mix over lime sherbet until the glass is nearly full, covering the sherbet completely.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut over the top and add a dollop of whipped topping for a creamy finish.
  6. Use black and red food decorating gel to create patterns on the whipped topping.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw and spoon for easy enjoyment.

Notes

  • For a non-dairy option, use dairy-free whipped topping and coconut milk.
  • Feel free to customize the decorations and toppings to suit your taste!
